Philadelphia’s Calder Gardens museum is set to open to the public this Sunday, September 21st. Designed by Herzog & de Meuron, the museum is dedicated to the work of 20th-century artist Alexander Calder. The 18,000-square-foot scheme features a gently curved form with a metal-clad north facade, while a wood south facade references Calder’s home in Connecticut.
