Founded in 1303, Sapienza is Rome’s oldest university and one of Europe’s largest, dedicated to advancing knowledge through research, high-quality education, and international exchange. Organized into eleven faculties and fifty-eight departments, Sapienza also hosts the School of Advanced Studies, which offers an elite interdisciplinary track that complements standard academic paths.
This series, created for the MAXXI exhibition Fuori Tutto, reflects Sapienza’s culture of inquiry and cross-disciplinary thinking, linking the university’s long intellectual tradition with contemporary explorations in art, architecture, and research.
