The building appears as a monumental, hovering volume—its bold, cantilevered form creating a dramatic presence in the landscape. Clad in dark panels and lifted on pilotis, it merges industrial clarity with sculptural impact, offering flexible spaces for start-ups, research labs, and offices. More than a container for innovation, the Technopark acts as an architectural icon—a symbol of Skolkovo’s break from past models of urban development toward an open, global future.
