Located on the banks of the Parramatta River, Powerhouse Parramatta promises to be one of – if not the – most significant new cultural landmarks to open in Australia this year.Following years of development, the construction of the massive new building was completed in May this year. Now, it has been announced this week that the long awaited new museum will open its doors to the public on 7 November.
