This building is a sort of wildcard, a project located on the same plot as the office of Selgas Cano and situated in the only remaining treeless space. It’s a mixed-use building that can function as a meeting place, a workspace, a relaxation area, and at the same time, as a leisure spot for evenings and weekends, and as a place where guests and night owls can sleep.
SelgasCano is a Spanish architectural office based in Madrid and founded in 1998 by José Selgas and Lucía Cano. The atelier focuses on the use of polychromy, creative exploration of new materials and the relationship between architecture and its surrounding landscape.
