One Santa Fe, designed by Michael Maltzan, is a striking mixed-use development in downtown Los Angeles that threads residential, retail, commercial, and public spaces through the historic Arts District. Stretching along the tracks like a linear urban artifact, it reimagines a once-industrial zone as a dense, connected community. As Florian Idenburg wrote in Architectural Review, “This is the dirty, magical realism future of Los Angeles.”
