Located at the western edge of the Vista Alegre site, the SGAE (General Society of Authors and Publishers) Central Office by Ensamble Studio completes the masterplan and defines the boundary of this cultural and academic enclave.

Built from large, quarried stone blocks, the building embodies the spirit of Santiago de Compostela—merging a strong material presence with contemporary expression. Its architectural language establishes a unique identity while engaging in a thoughtful dialogue with the city’s history, memory, and landscape.
